The company specialises and focuses on Aluminium extrusions profiles, sections and all types of Surface treatments & Coatings, providing the highest quality & maintain costumers’ satisfaction in terms of timing and achieving the international standards. We also have manufacturing facilities in state of Qatar & Egypt.

As our long time of experiences and expertise we understand and treat aluminium as it’s a part of a family member and we aim to introduce it to all markets in its highest quality, healthy looks and precise shapes. Alongside with our experiences we have successfully obtained the major and solely recognised global quality certificates in all types of aluminium extrusions processes such as :-

ISO 9001: Global quality management & product system. We have chosen AA6060 & AA6063 Soft Aluminium Alloy as our standard in extrusion process and all our raw materials are carefully procured from top ranked Smelters. Other medium or hard Alloys can be procured on request. Our extruded profiles & sections are naturally treated or artificially thermally treated according to costumer’s request in terms of T0, T1, T4, T5 and T6 .Also can be produced in other un-standard tempers upon request.

QualiCoat: Global quality sign & the worlds’ leading for the quality of powder coating. We can provide all kind of powder coatings applications from Standard durable, Super Durable up to Hyper Durable, blended or Bonded according to customers’ requirements and projects specifications.

QualiDeco: Global quality sign for decorations & Wood finish effect on aluminium surfaces. Our method is to use powder on powder to illustrate a wood like on aluminium surface whether smooth touch or texture which can be used in both exterior & interior applications. One of the main advantages of this method is the ability to resist all kind of tough weather conditions up to 15 years.

Qualanod: Global quality sign for Oxidation & Anodizing surface treatment on Aluminium profiles & sections. We believe Oxidation & Anodizing is a tough mission to handle. Our highly experienced team can guarantee the highest quality standards & equally colour distribution on profiles in various colours such as Silvers, Champagnes, Bronzes, Gold & up to black colours. Matt or Polished.

Together with the above quality certificates, we also can provide the highest standards on PVDF Coatings (Polyvinylidene fluoride, or Polyvinylidene Difluoride which are well known as Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000).We have already certified as an Approved Applicator from top global brands paint manufacturers such as Akzo Nobel and Valspar Corp.

To make sure all the above requirements are met, we established an independent Quality Control System & well trained team to just assure that no defects or material failure would get the chance to leave our warehouse. Other services the company can provide are projects consultations, designing and ready fabricated & pre-fabricated profiles & sections “upon request” according to project’s design.
